Is your website actually working?
SiteQuiet watches uptime, your certificate, your domain and your contact form, then emails you in plain English once a problem is confirmed.
Free scan. No signup. No card. Read-only.
This is the whole product.
No dashboard to check, no status codes to look up. When something real breaks, one email arrives and it reads like this.
SiteQuiet
to you · Action needed: your website
Customers may currently be unable to open your website.
Your website is currently returning a server error instead of your pages.
We confirmed the problem more than once before notifying you. The issue started 8 minutes ago.
Recommended action: contact your hosting provider or web person and send them this incident report.
Real alert produced by the SiteQuiet engine — this is the actual email format.
What we watch, and how often.
Every plan runs every check. The two at the bottom never email you — they go in the weekly summary, because a broken link is not worth interrupting your day.
Website loads
every 5 minutes
If your website does not load, visitors leave and do not come back.
Secure connection
every 6 hours
An expired certificate makes browsers warn visitors away from your site.
Domain registration
every 12 hours
An expired domain takes your website and your email offline at once.
Address works
every hour
If your domain stops resolving, nobody can reach your website at all.
Contact form
every 12 hours
A contact form that quietly stops working loses enquiries with no warning.
Links work
every week
Dead links send visitors to error pages and hurt how you rank in search.
In the weekly summary only.
Speed
every day
A slow homepage costs you visitors before they ever see your offer.
In the weekly summary only.
Contact-form checks confirm the form is still on your page and still accepting. Actually sending a test message through it is opt-in, and only after you have proved you own the website.
Set it up in 30 seconds. Then forget it exists.

You forget about it
Until the one email that needs you. The best week here is a silent one.
We check twice more before we bother you.
Those re-checks run from our own monitoring service, not from separate networks — more than once, but from one place. That catches the transient failures and slow recoveries behind most false alarms. It cannot rule out a problem on our own network path, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

A check fails
Nothing happens. One failed check is not news.
- 2
We wait and try again
Twice more, seconds apart.

The re-checks have to agree
Every one of them failed, or it is not an incident.

Measured against a simulated dataset rather than the live internet, and every release has to pass the same gate. We have not been running long enough to publish a false-alarm rate from real customer traffic, and we will not invent one.

Questions, answered plainly.
What does SiteQuiet actually monitor?
One website: that it loads, that its certificate and domain are valid, that its address still resolves, that your contact form is still there, plus broken links and speed. Nothing to install, and it works with any platform.
Is SiteQuiet for developers?
No. It is built for the person who owns the business, not the person who built the website. If something important breaks we explain it in plain English and tell you what to do — usually "forward this email to whoever hosts your site".
What happens when SiteQuiet finds a problem?
First, nothing. One failed check is never enough to email you. We wait and run it again, twice, and the confirming checks all have to come back failed before it counts as an incident. Then you get one email, and one more when it recovers.
Will SiteQuiet spam me with false alarms?
Fewer, better emails is the whole product. Against our 5,000-scenario test set the confirmation pipeline raised 0 false alarms, a repeat failure does not re-alert, and a site flapping up and down gets one instability notice rather than a storm. No monitor can promise perfection — if we ever send you a false alarm, tell us and we will treat it as a bug.
Do you check from more than one place?
Not today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Confirmation runs are separate connections from our own monitoring service, which catches transient failures and slow recoveries but cannot rule out a problem on our own network path. Checking from a second region is built and waiting to be switched on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal, with no email or phone call. Monitoring keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.
Why this exists
Business owners should not have to learn DevOps to know their website works. Almost every monitoring tool was built for technical people and answers questions an owner never asked, in a language they never wanted to learn.
SiteQuiet is built around a simpler one: is my business website okay? That is why every alert is verified before it is sent, written in plain English, and ends with what to do next — and why the best week here is the one where you never hear from us.
Your website shouldn’t be another thing to worry about.
Ten dollars a month, and one fewer thing on your mind.
