One price per website. Every check included.

A plan buys slots, and one slot protects one website. The slot is not welded to a domain: if a client rebuilds on a new address, or you stop looking after them, you move the slot to a different website without touching your subscription. A slot covers the whole website — every check we run — not a page or a feature.

Nothing happens quietly. We will not start watching a website beyond the slots you have paid for, and we will never auto-upgrade you into a larger bill. When every slot is full you either free one — by releasing a website you no longer look after — or move up a tier.

Yes. Plan changes happen in the billing portal, which is also where you change a card. Moving up gives you the extra slots; moving down means releasing the websites you no longer need watched first, so nothing you rely on stops being checked by accident.

We keep watching. An expired card is not a reason to take a business’s monitoring offline, so while your payment is being retried your websites stay protected and your alerts keep arriving. Monitoring only stops if the retries run out and the subscription is cancelled — never on the first failed charge.

From the billing portal, in a couple of clicks — no email, no phone call, no retention conversation. Monitoring continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no contract and no notice period.

There is no time-limited trial, because a monitor you run for fourteen days tells you almost nothing — the whole point is the month where a certificate quietly expires. Instead the scan on the home page is free and needs no signup: run it, read the report, then decide.

Per website. There is no per-seat charge and no upsell for the checks: every tier runs every check, sends the same verified alerts and gets the same weekly summary. The only difference between tiers is how many websites we watch.
