Some checks act on your website rather than just looking at it — testing that your contact form still delivers means sending a real message through it. That needs proof of ownership. Installing the plugin is that proof: no DNS record to add, no file to upload.
Finds your contact forms for you
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms and Elementor forms are detected automatically, so we watch the form your enquiries actually come through rather than the first one on the page.
Tells a real outage apart from a blocked check
The plugin sends a quiet heartbeat from inside your site. If your server can still reach us while our checks cannot reach it, that is far more likely to be a firewall than an outage — and that difference is the difference between a useful alert and a false alarm.

- The names of your contact forms, and the pages they appear on
- A heartbeat saying the site is alive
- The alert address and form-testing preference you set in the plugin
It never sends
- No post or page content
- No customer or visitor data of any kind
- No usernames, passwords or database contents
- No form submissions from your real visitors
The plugin never submits a test message through your contact form by itself, and we will not either unless you have verified the site and switched delivery testing on. Removing the plugin withdraws that permission immediately.
